Tanya is the founder and managing member of Kingstonville. She has over 20 years of leadership experience in a wide range of industries in North America, Latin America, and the Caribbean. Tanya is a certified Project Manager Professional (PMP) and has a B.S. degree in international business management from Rochester Institute of Technology and an MBA in marketing from the University of the West Indies.

We are deepening our commitment to quality by adopting ISO 9001-2015 standards throughout our organization.

This major initiative will reinforce Kingstonville’s reputation for providing services to our internal and external clients that meet or exceed expectations.

Becoming ISO certified and maintaining our certification will take the full support and commitment of every member of our team. We need to ask the hard questions, challenge the status quo and hold each other accountable along the way. This training module will provide you with an overview of ISO standards and what changes we need to make within the organization to successfully implement these standards.

The ISO philosophy is to ‘aim to achieve an error-free environment through the continuous improvement of processes’. You have my commitment to lead our quality focus by example.

Mr. Babb has over 35 years of experience in all areas of commercial lending and government contracting. He was a commercial credit analyst and loan officer during the first 12 years of his career and spent 10 years working in public accounting firms. Mr. Babb previously operated his own small business and provided financial services for over 10 years to Federal Government agencies. He has a BS Degree in Economics from Villanova University.

She has over 30 years of experience in project optimization, operations management, strategy development, startup growth acceleration, and risk and compliance. She holds an MBA in management of technology and is a Fellow from the Life Management Institute (FLMI).

Onzilo brings 27 years of banking experience in commercial & consumer lending, loan portfolio risk and relationship management. He held senior positions as Chief Credit Officer, Loan Portfolio Risk Manager, and Relationship Manager and is an experienced project manager. Onzilo has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and is a graduate of CBA Graduate School of Retail Bank Management at University of Virginia.

Notoya leads Kingstonville’s business development team to achieve growth targets and strategic objectives. She has over 15 years of experience in federal government contracting and expertise in information technology and data management within the scientific community. Notoya has a bachelor’s degree in public communication from American University and a Master of Information Management (MIM) degree from the University of Maryland College Park. She is a member of the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE).
