We are deepening our commitment to quality by adopting ISO 9001-2015 standards throughout our organization.
This major initiative will reinforce Kingstonville’s reputation for providing services to our internal and external clients that meet or exceed expectations.
Becoming ISO certified and maintaining our certification will take the full support and commitment of every member of our team. We need to ask the hard questions, challenge the status quo and hold each other accountable along the way. This training module will provide you with an overview of ISO standards and what changes we need to make within the organization to successfully implement these standards.
